Our support services are designed specifically to be flexible enough to allow customers old and new to take advantage of our tailored packages that meet their requirements, rather than have an inflexible set of service levels thrust upon them.

Unlike most support providers, we will build support packages that complement each business’s internal IT skills, so that you are paying for a service that is relevant and beneficial to your business’s requirements.

For example, a small firm with no dedicated internal resource may be more interested in a remote support offering that provides daily routine checks on systems, setting up of new users, monitoring of backups and so on; whereas a big firm with a large and skilled IT department would derive more benefit from a “third line” support arrangement with our consultants, and in turn through us directly to the larger manufacturers.
